D.F. Boiler Tube Industries was founded in Edmonton in 1997 by Danny Fiala, a journeyman plumber and member of Local 488.
The initials "D.F." come directly from Danny’s name, but the company’s identity was built around something larger: helping customers solve difficult problems with dependable service, industry knowledge and a willingness to find what others could not.
Danny remains involved with D.F. Boiler in an advisory capacity, providing insight shaped by decades of experience in the industry.
D.F. Boiler first earned its reputation by helping customers locate hard-to-find boiler tube, plate and pressure components. As customer needs grew, so did the company’s capabilities.
Investments in fabrication, machining, waterjet cutting, bending, welding and field services allowed D.F. Boiler to support more of each project under one roof – from sourcing and fabrication through delivery, installation and emergency response.
Today, D.F. Boiler combines extensive inventory with access to more than 100 manufacturers, fabricators and steel mills. If a component is difficult to source, obsolete or needed quickly, the team knows where to look and how to get the job moving.
